Nevori ("we", "us") helps you understand where a conversation stands by reading what you paste or upload and giving you a read on it. This page explains what we collect, why, who sees it, and the choices you have.
The conversation text or screenshots you submit for a check; your email address (used to sign you in — we never ask for a password); the country you signed up from, based on your IP address; basic technical data (like a hashed IP address) used to prevent abuse; and, unless you opt out, information that advertising pixels collect about your visit (see section 5).
Screenshots are uploaded directly to secure, private storage. As soon as your check has read them, the original images are deleted — whatever the result. We only keep a note of how many screenshots a check had.
We use what you submit to generate your verdict and, if you unlock it, a suggested reply. We use your email to send sign-in codes and account-related notices. We never sell your conversations or share them with advertisers, and we never use their content to target ads.
Service providers that run Nevori for us: hosting and database (Vercel, Supabase), email delivery (Resend), bot protection on sign-in (Cloudflare), error monitoring (Sentry), and payments (Paddle, our merchant of record). Each only sees what it needs to do its job. Separately, advertising partners such as Meta and TikTok receive visit data through their pixels, as described below.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to count free checks correctly. We also use advertising pixels from partners such as Meta and TikTok, which set their own cookies and tell them that someone visited Nevori, signed up or subscribed — so we can measure our ads and show them to people who may find Nevori useful. They never see the conversations you check. Under some US state laws (like California's), this can count as "sharing" personal information for advertising. Visitors from the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland don't get these pixels at all.
You can turn advertising pixels off for this browser below — this is how you opt out of "sharing" for advertising. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as that same opt-out automatically.
The text you paste, your drafts and our suggested replies are kept for 30 days after the last message in that chat; after that the chat disappears from your list and that text is deleted. We keep a record that each check happened and its result (for example, the verdict and the date) for as long as your account exists. You can delete a chat from your history at any time. You can delete your account and everything tied to it yourself in Settings, or ask us to do it at support@getnevori.com.
Nevori is intended for users 18 and older.
If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where required, let you know directly.
